ECPA Company Members

ECPA Company is our signature training program, designed for students who are passionate about growing as performers while becoming part of a supportive artistic community. Membership provides comprehensive weekly training, meaningful performance opportunities, and experiences that foster both artistic and personal growth.

Membership at ECPA is about more than attending classes. It is a commitment to artistic growth, collaboration, and becoming part of a community that values excellence, integrity, and encouragement. Students are challenged to develop strong technical skills while building confidence, leadership, and lasting friendships.

ECPA Company Weekly Schedule

Tuesdays

  • 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Jade Core Company (younger performers)

    • Students will develop and rehearse two routines for competitions and events.

  • 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Ensemble Company (all performers)

    • Students will develop and rehearse a 10-minute musical theatre production number for competitions and events. 

  • 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Diamond Core Company (older performers)

    • Students will develop and rehearse two routines for competitions and events.

NOTE: Company Classed held on Sundays in September due to rental conflict.

Fridays

  • 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Artist Development Program (ADP)- Optional

    • Students seeking additional individualized training may participate in specialized coaching designed to support their personal artistic goals and performance aspirations such as Solos, Duos, Trios, Small Groups, Audition Preparation, College Audition Preparation. These sessions provide personalized feedback and focused coaching tailored to each student's unique strengths, interests, and goals with opportunities to perform throughout the season.

    • Students must participate in both their Core Company and the Ensemble Company in order to compete with their Solos, Duos, Trios, and Small Groups.

  • Performance Opportunity: Student-driven, Performance Based Fundraiser

  • Performance Opportunity: Musical Theatre Production

  • Performance Opportunity: ECPA Industry Day

  • Community Event: End-of-Year Cast and Community Celebration

June–August

  • Performance Opportunity: Woodland Park Players & Shoreline College Summer Musical - Students are encouraged to participate in the summer musical produced through the partnership between Woodland Park Players and Shoreline College. ECPA will support participating students with coordination and transportation assistance when possible.

2026–2027 Company Requirements

Weekly Training Commitment:

  • 3 hours per week:

    • Core Company Class (1.5 hours)

    • Ensemble Company Class (1.5 hours)

Travel & Performance Commitment:

  • 4 performance/competition experiences:

    • Two local events

    • One regional event (example- Portland, OR)

    • One destination event requiring air travel (example- Anaheim, CA

      or Las Vegas, NV)

Artistic Development Program (ADP):

  • Solo, duo, trio, small group (30 minutes/week)

  • These are optional add ons for Company members
