Emerald City Performing Arts provides exceptional performing arts training for young artists throughout the Greater Seattle area. We are committed to cultivating artistic excellence through high-quality instruction in acting, singing, dance, and musical theatre while fostering a supportive, inclusive community where every student feels seen, valued, and encouraged. We believe that young artists grow best when they are challenged to reach their highest potential in an environment built on respect, collaboration, and genuine care.

At ECPA, training extends far beyond technique. Our programs combine expert instruction, meaningful mentorship that helps students develop confidence, discipline, creativity, and resilience. Whether rehearsing in the studio, performing on stage, participating in competitions and festivals, or traveling together, students learn the value of teamwork, leadership, accountability, and artistic curiosity while building skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Above all, we believe the performing arts have the power to shape not only exceptional performers, but exceptional people. Every student brings unique talents, perspectives, and dreams, and our goal is to help each artist discover their own voice while finding a true sense of belonging within our community. At Emerald City Performing Arts, we are committed to training artists, building community, and inspiring excellence—both onstage and beyond.

Our family has worked with Director Jessica Low for several years. She has helped our young actress prepare for auditions and fine-tune her singing skills through private training. Jessica is a brilliant teacher with impressive experience and a true passion for the arts. She is organized, professional, committed, driven and a strong communicator. One of the characteristics we appreciate the most is Jessica’s thoughtful approach to delivering feedback. She builds confidence and helps her students feel empowered by learning and growth. She takes pride in helping her students be observant and feel ownership of their development path. She prioritizes inclusion and creates a positive and healthy environment for her students.

We are thrilled that Jessica will now be leading Emerald City Performing Arts. Our family is very excited to be part of this new community!

-J. Sullivan (Parent)

It has been an absolute joy watching my daughter grow under the guidance of Jessica Low. Jessica's dedication, artistry, and genuine care inspire performers to flourish both on and off the stage. I’m deeply grateful for the lasting impact she’s had on my daughter’s journey.

-B. Kearney (Parent)

Jessica has helped my daughter grow in both skill and confidence.  Her choreography is always fresh, vibrant, and unmistakably hers. At our last competition a judge enthusiastically asked the performers, “Who is your choreographer?!?”—a testament to Jessica’s exceptional creative vision.

-D. Paisley (Parent)

In the five years I’ve been studying with Jessica, my theatrical understanding has expanded in ways I could never have imagined. She has been a figure of professionalism and creativity in my life. She leads with the perfect balance of laughs and focus, and her organization makes her processes smooth and precise. Jessica has also been a pillar of stability for me, supporting me through every turn life takes with her compassion, guidance, and individuality.

It's hard to describe the way that Jessica impacts her students, but if I had to pick a phrase, I would choose ‘holistically inspiring.’
